Australian Exhibitions and Media Pty Ltd (we, us) collects personal information so we can run exhibitions, events and festivals, respond to enquiries and keep exhibitors, sponsors and visitors informed. We handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers and the content of enquiries sent through this site. Each show’s own site collects what it needs to sell tickets and run the event, under its own notice.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, send floor plans and rate cards, and tell you about shows you have asked to hear about. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers who host this site and deliver our email. Some of those providers store data outside Australia.

Access and correction

Email hello@australianexhibitions.com.au to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to make a complaint. We respond within 30 days.
